Will emails be sent retrospectively after a new flow is set up?

Hi there, I've just set up a 'product review' flow and it's now live. Will this send a retrospective email to all customers who have previously ordered, or just those who order from today?

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! Thanks for reaching out for help with how profiles enter the flow.

Once a flow is set to Live, only profiles who meet the conditions AFTER the flow was published will enter the flow. However, if you want to get product reviews from past customers you can back-populate the flow and this will add profiles to the flow that met the conditions before the flow was published.
