Hi! I’ve created a coupon within Klaviyo, then updated the settings of this coupon within Shopify. Our product is a subscription and I noticed the Klaviyo coupon settings automatically set it to One-time purchase products. After saving these settings in Shopify will the coupons still work in Klaviyo?

Do you mind sharing what your ultimate goal is when changing your coupon setting in Shopify and wanting them to reflect back in Klaviyo? Since Shopfiy has more coupons setting and variations compared to Klaviyo, for instance we only support one-time purchases with coupons and cannot apply dynamic coupons to subscription items, any changes you want to make to your coupons in Klaviyo will need to be done manually. Changes in Shopify via your coupons won’t be reflected in Klaviyo automatically.
