Retrieving Targeted Customers from Campaigns

Question

Hi all,Would it be possible to retrieve the list of customers (profiles) targeted by campaigns?Specifically, I’d like to get (via API)Profiles with the campaign(s) they were included in.And/Or profiles with the campaign emails they opened.Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can pull this information. It’s a bit more manual, but I’ll go over the options.

Profiles that have received a campaign: Make a segment with the definition “person has Received Email at least once over all time where Campaign Name is set.”
Profiles that have opened a campaign: Pretty similar. Make a segment with the definition “person has Opened Email at least once over all time where Campaign Name is set.”
If you want to grab a list of profiles that were sent or opened a specific campaign, go to that campaign’s Recipient activity page. Click the “Delivered” or “Opened” tab, and export the people as a CSV.

Currently, a limitation we have is that it’s not possible to create a list of profiles that lists out each campaign each profile received/opened. Apologies if that was what you were looking for!

Hi ​@Kadhem.Thanks for the question! I looked into this, and there currently isn’t an API call that accomplishes this specifically. That being said, I’m happy to bring this up with our product team, and recommend that we develop this feature in the future.
