Why is the Klaviyo integration not recognized after I activate it in Shopify?

Hello,

We're using the Prestige theme, after activating the Klaviyo app embed in Shopify and saving, Klaviyo still can't track events on the site.

I tried to insert the code recommended by Klaviyo in getting started with klaviyo onsite tracking without result in the site code in Shopify: 

  1. <script type="text/javascript" async="" src="https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/PUBLIC_API_KEY/klaviyo.js"></script>

Have you ever encountered difficulties enabling Klaviyo integration on a Shopify theme and managed to find a solution please?
