Can I edit the abandoned cart product table to only show certain items?

Added to Cart Trigger for non-Product Pages & additional metadata

Hi Brian, Thanks for responding. I tried all options:(Current) Adding the snippet to custom liquid of product pages - worked when using snippet 3 but only on product pages.   Adding snippet to theme.liquid file - did not track “add to cart” events upon testing, so I removed it.   Adding snippet to custom liquid block on other pages like homepage, collections page, etc - did not track “add to cart” events, so I removed.The default instructions from Klaviyo only says add the snippet to product pages. I wish Klaviyo had a more comprehensive solution for all add to cart events on the site. Thanks,Yvonne

How can I send emails in a flow to people who have been skipped?

@David To I think the UI changed. When I go to the “skipped” list, the only columns I see are email, name, time, and export CSV.  The article in the help center seems to be outdated.Any ideas how to resend to skipped now without having to manually export the CSV and creating a new temporary list? Thanks!Yvonne

Forgot to turn off smart sending, if I back-populate the flow will it send email to those that were skipped initially?

So what’s the solution? I have the same exact problem.

How to scale the Tiktok default logo? It looks larger than the other default icons.

The right solution would be for Klaviyo to have the same size icons. Someone from Klaviyo should log this bug for the Klaviyo technical or design team to fix it. If I upload my own icon, I have to figure out exactly what color and size the other icons are. It’s a lot of trouble for ALL Klaviyo customers just because someone on Klaviyo’s team was negligent.

@stephen.trumble I appreciate you looking into this!If that is the case, then your engineers should fix this bug. The padding should not be affecting the alignment - it doesn’t make sense. If Klaviyo requires a specific padding range, then don’t let users go above and beyond that.  In my case, I have no padding.In general, I find Klaviyo really hard to use because it’s so buggy and requires so many hacks.

@stephen.trumble I’m configuring them in the default, and then also in the specific list.  Both have the same issue when delivered on mobile (using the Gmail app and Mail app on iphone).

Opt-In Page - Preferences link missing

I’m having the same problem.  Klaviyo should really fix this if this is the assumed default behavior.  It’s pretty confusing to have your users do a workaround for a default link that Klaviyo has programmed in.

Hi @Dov, it seems to be working now after a day. I didn’t do anything, just logged in the next day.

Hi, I’m trying to edit the line spacing and formatting for my default subscriber list flow (subscribe page, opt-in page, and opt-in email.  I cannot find line-height anywhere. I’m using the new Klaviyo.Also, when I edit the HTML manually, the preview does not change.  It’s important to be able to tweak the defaults, otherwise the UI looks pretty janky.Thanks!
