Hi @Maxbuzz thank you for sharing these insights, can we set up Mailgun or URL of a landing page as a trigger rather than customers who’ve subscribed to newsletters.

Revenue Attribution to Emails

Hi @USMarketer thanks for posting in the Klaviyo community! I see how the revenue attribution could be confusing.   Now, when I looked at a few profiles there were two cases: Some customers received the email, didn’t open it and placed order. Does this placed order value reflect in my campaign analytics? -- The default attribution for Klaviyo accounts works on emails that are opened or clicked, so if it wasn’t opened, that email would not get revenue attribution.You can check he attribution settings on your Klaviyo account under Settings → Email → Attribution, and you can update the conversion window and how to attribute conversions Second, a customer received my email, opened it, didn’t order anything, he was then targeted by my active on site flow email, he opened it and placed order. Now, is this placed order value attributed to my campaign email or my flow email or both? --The revenue will be attributed to the most recently opened or clicked email, in this case, that would

Exporting Custom Report

Hi @USMarketer  As a segment, it would look like below for contacts who have subscribed to a list and have purchased. Just change ‘at least once’ for ‘zero times’ for the group that is in the list but has not purchased. Is that what you’re looking for? Andy     Thank you, this worked.

Welcome Series Flow who users who've logged in.

Hi @Taylor Tarpley yeah sure.This customers who login receive special discounted offers and deals and compared to the customers who visit the website and checkout without logging in. We have noticed that 90% of the people who log in and purchase are businesses rather than individuals so we want to tailor our message according to this.Note:I have not installed any custom event around login on my website for klaviyo, do I need to do that first to specifically taget those users who have logged in?

Hi @bluesnapper this is insightful, answering your question, yes, once a user logs in to the website, they are directed to a their account page. Do I also need to add a custom event on the account page for this to work? @stephen.trumble

Hi @stephen.trumble  Integration is with Magento 2. Yes, we want to setup a flow only for users who’ve signed in, the pricing of the items shown to logged in users are different, for instance a product is available for $50 on the website for website visitors but once the page visitors signs in the price of the product changes to $45. No, we have created a flow yet for users who’ve logged in, this would be the first attempt to target users who have signed in. The website links are the same for the logged in user and the person who had not logged in only the pricing button is different. Therefore, I do not want the people (who have not signed in) to receive the email. It would be great if you can guide me step by step on how to create the follow and what triggers and filters should be followed.

Consent for sending emails in the US

Hi @USMarketer, Welcome to the Community!  I’d like to preface this by saying that I am not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice. I’d recommend consulting with your company’s legal team to know the full extent of what is and is not allowed in your geolocation.  That being said, while it is technically possible to send emails to non-subscribers via Klaviyo, it is strongly discouraged as it does violates Klaviyo’s Acceptable Use Policy. This is because these users, whose private information you are acquiring from a third-party, have not explicitly consented to receive marketing material from your brand. Using a borrowed or purchased list is subject to termination of your Klaviyo account.
