Hey Anna,If you want the data completely removed from the field, you could consider implementing a Zapier setup before having subscribers added. Hey Joseph!Just want to add to Bluesnappers answer:You can also add an aditional criteria that the person has only purchased 1 time, if you want to focus on new first-time customers. I know that your question didn’t specify what time of new customers, but I just thought that it could be new first time customers, as this is a focal point for many businesses.Also, consider taking a looking at the segment criteria “expected date of next purchase”. Maybe not for this segment, but it’s an interesting one to play around with when trying to optimize CLV.Best of luck!/Casper

Facebook integration - Audience

Hey there! That’s one frustrating situation. Let me try and help:Have you made sure that you have the nessecary credentials in order to actually create the audience in Meta?If you are able to create the audience, but you aren’t able to actually advertise/use the audience, it could be because of the size of the audience as Meta requires a certain amount of emailadresses before an audience is actionable.I, however, believe that your issue may be arising from my initial part of this answer.I hope you fix it!/Casper

Our API integrated metrics are not working...

As it’s both client-side and server-side events it makes it a bit more troublesome. Is it a custom integration you have setup? If so, I’d start looking into if any changes have been made to the javascript that’s implemented (client-side) and then move on to verify that the API integration (server-side) are correctly set up and are functioning as intended. Make sure to ensure that the endpoints are correct, authentication is valid, and that there are no changes in the API that might have affected the integration.Consider if there have been any recent changes in your system or in the APIs that could have led to this issue. Sometimes, updates or modifications in one part of the system can affect other areas.I, however, find it strange that both javascript events and server-side should stop working at the same time..

Segment by tags coming up empty

Hey Elaine, I might misunderstand what you are trying to achieve, but I believe you should be able to find people who have purchased a product with this logic. Please make sure to adjust the timeframe (set to “over all time” if you want to include people who have purchased the item since the start of the shopify store and adjust the “items” to include the product you want to include):

Google Ads integration - I don't understand what the "Audience" is for.

@MikeR00 - the out of box integration is meant to transfer data from Klaviyo to Google, but you can i.e. drive leads from Google using Lead Forms in your advertising using a tool like Zapier. The quality of these leads are, according to our data at Ackermann, of quite high value, but can be difficult to scale. See more here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/9423234?hl=en

Segmentation-sending to an entire list

Just jumping in with a small insight: Segmentation and the usage of the Audience Breakdown functionality gives you the possibility to see how the different segments interact with your campaigns. Say, if you set up three segments - one with subscribers without purchase, one with customers who have purchased 1 time and one with repeat customers - you are basically still sending to the entire list, but what you’ll gain are insights about how campaigns and content drive engagement across various segments. You’ll discover what type of content will result in most new clients, what type of content resonates best with your first time customers and what content leads to the highest increase in CLV amongst your repeat customers. Segmentation is not only about delivering different content - it’s also about driving more insights. :-) Hope this helps!

How To Set Daily Sending Limit for Flows

Hey there! There might be an easier solution, but what you could do is setup a webhook after the “send action”. This webhook would then add a new row in a sheet with today’s date. Then you would have to setup an additional integration (i.e. via Zapier) that would count number of rows, and then when number of rows = 100, you’d ‘call’ the flow (https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/update_flow) and pause it. Then, you would have to setup an additional action that would then turn on the flow at 00:00. This is a bit complex, but it should do the job. There might be other solutions to the issue, but this one is one of then. Best,Casper Ackermann
