Actually I must be doing something wrong in these settings, filtering by the new profile property but the value of ordered product is showing up as $0 for the whole date range..

Thank you so much @Dov !In case anyone else reads this:I created the segments, exported, reimported into Klaviyo with the custom property:Customer:NoFirst TimeRepeatThen updated the flows relating to thank you to update these segments so if they join any segment through the welcome  series and haven’t placed an order the profile is updated to:Customer: NoThank you pageCustomer: First TimeRepeat customer:Customer: RepeatNow to filter the original segments through the event page to see how much they’re bringing in. Thanks again so much!

Hi Stephen,I’d love some extra help please. The photos I’ve attached above and the previous post is where I’m up to - something in them must be formatted incorrectly because I’m still unable to use the date property when creating or collecting birthdays for users.Michael

Yet another birthday property question

Hi Alex,I’ve had a read through all those thread before posting this question - still can’t see the trigger.Could you have a quick look at the photos I sent above to make sure I’m formatting the date correctly?It’s MM/DD with one property added to the profile with the time stamp too so Klaviyo recognises it’s a date input and not text, but still not showing up as a trigger.Regards,Michael

  Hi @alex.hong Thanks for the tips! I’m gathering the information via a popup form.Here are the current settings to the form submit/date text field asking for the birthday. You’ll also see I made an example property in a testing profile in Klaviyo MM/DD with the time as well.But when I go in to create a flow based on a date (birthdate) there is no option for me to use it.Thanks!Michael

Klaviyo + Shopify tag integration

Hey everyone,Yes what Dov recommended works well. I exported the CSV file and with the correct header: Tags  I could add ____ to all the customers. Now I can use our Cratejoy CSV files and easily import them into Klaviyo/Shopify in order to give automatic discounts to those customers.So glad!Cheers

Adding email preferences into a welcome flow?

Ok so just an update - I’ve made the flow and it works!I’ve added custom fields about frequency and type of email preferences, so once they click the popup they’re taken to enter their email address (again though which is annoying) and choose what they want. Then they enter the list and the flow starts.Changed the default signup preferences and subscribe preference pages too to get this new information.

Great thank you both so much for the help and tips!Yes the plan is to then create segments for better targeting - I’m sure we’ve all been on the end of only wanting one type of email and getting ones that aren’t relevant to us.I’ll take these on board and try and figure this out.
