Your best examples for the perfect analytics dashboard?

I haven’t, all due to the reason being that Klaviyo is not the best for tracking these things. We usually do GA + Looker or DS

Is there a proper way to move subscribers from X flow to Y?

I was testing with the same exact method as you described, Dov, but due to natural delays and other issues, this is not a viable solution. Regarding the feature, I’d suggest looking into competition such as MailerLite (I do not recommend using them because they have the worst deliverability compared to any competition). Here’s what they’re doing:  Their flows can be based on anything, especially groups or lists which you can move the subscribers from/to in their own automations. As you see in this test flow that I’ve made, whenever subscriber joins the main group “test1”, we check (in this case it’s a random field, but the point is to move the subscriber, so any field will do) a random field that should force the subscriber to move to another group where’s a new flow waiting for him (the new flow is based on test2).  So basically, if this automation is an old one with like 8 flow emails active, we can put this condition at the start of the flow and move the subscriber to another flow w

Is there a proper way to move subscribers from X flow to Y?

Can you clarify, if I will setup the impossible trigger, will it only affect the new subscribers flushing into this flow and not the ones that are already in the flow?Because I don’t think this works like that. Each flow email checks the triggers before sending the email, thus that would not allow the customers to receive what’s left of that old flow.In other words, it’s not a great workaround. And plus, Klaviyo is basically based on triggers, so of course, we based our flows on that too. But maybe, when we’ll setup new accounts, we may start adding subscribers to list/groups, but I don’t see the benefits here, because lists are static and they outdate quickly.

Yes, we finally managed to setup a new dedicated domain.Nonetheless, processes such as new domain setup should take a lot less time that it currently does. One thing worth mentioning is that there could be an option for X clients who have performed Y actions to be able to reset/remove/add their own domains whenever they want to.

Let’s connect via email and I’ll share with you some of the issues I’m having.For the sake of clarity - Chrome is up to date, cache is cleared and there’s a small chance that it’s my hardware or software problem (working on two different macs and these issues can be replicated on both of them).

Advice on Abandoned Cart triggers

Hey @moodxmanager  Thank you for asking the Klaviyo Community for help with your Abandoned Cart flow. When first looking at your post, you have everything set up correctly. However you have the time delay set to 15 minutes which means that your customers can re-enter the flow every 15 minutes, which can be overwhelming. It is a best practice to set the time delay for abandoned cart flows to 1.5 hrs+. Also, abandoned cart flows are actually considered one of the highly engaged flows since they see such a high open/click rate. If you are seeing negative impact from this flow, it can mean you have an opportunity  in terms of overall account health. List cleaning is key to maintaining good deliverability and making sure your emails land in recipients' inboxes. List cleaning allows you to accomplish the following: Reduce unsubscribe rates and increase open and click rates Increase your deliverability scores with email providers Most major email service providers (like Google and Yahoo)

Definitely not the only one. The new builder is close to impossible to use on a daily basis. Can’t Klaviyo afford a QA specialist whom would extensively test out new features before releasing them? Woah...

Your customers shouldn’t be doing the work for you, Taylor.Sit down for an hour and try to edit a previously built email. Write everything that goes wrong (when you plan on doing an action X, but instead it does Y). By the end of the hour, you’ll see that you’ve spent more time writing down template errors, than performing any actual work.If you did more actual work than writing down the errors, try to adjust your email for mobile and desktop. That’s where it starts to malfunction really really bad.

New Template Editor – Am I the only one seeing a lot of bugs?

Main bugs I’m seeing: Dragging sections up or down the template often yields unexpected results. They look fine in the editor, but then in the preview they aren’t where I left them. I have to go back into the editor, where they then DO show up in the wrong spot, and move them again to where I want them. And sometimes it happens all over again and I have to repeat.  Often I replace an image with an updated one. Then if I clone that updated image, the clone shows up as the previous version.  Auto-save is not consistent, as mentioned above. It works about 80% of the time, but often I look away and then return to find an old link or image that I placed a long time ago has suddenly appeared. This is an old one, but it still grates on me - I have a custom CSS block in my template that makes some changes to mobile views. If I choose the mobile view in the editor, it ignores my custom CSS. However, if I click “Preview and Test” in the top right corner, and choose the mobile view there, it

Transfer 'waiting' flow recipients to new email

A straight answer is - no.But as with everything in Klaviyo, there may be a workaround (export waiting list .csv, edit their settings so they could be retriggered etc.)If I were you, I wouldn’t waste my time on this, especially if the waiting list is less than 1k.

Email content will not render: Could not parse the remainder: ' Name' from 'First Name'.

To make sure you’re using the right one, just use the “Add personalization” feature and find the First_name parameter. Then click on it – boom, you can use that parameter without doubt that’ll work.

Flow doesn't send message

Have you… checked whether these events are working for you? (checkout_started)This could either be be an issue with your integration or the fact that you chose the wrong event to base the abandoned flow.

Why do I have limited mobility with sections in the template editor?

Hi Taylor,This is not what I had in mind. What I have in mind is that you cannot put columns in the middle of a section, but only at the top or bottom.

Can't see this email? {% web_view 'Open in your browser' %} .

In our old ESP I was able to generate a browser link so my company can see a preview of an email before we send it without logging in. Is there any solution in Klaviyo for this?   Thanks, It’s incredibly pathetic that up until now, Klaviyo refuses to release helpful features such as this. They rather work on something that’s meager or of zero importance to anyone who’s managing a medium size business (not to mention Enterprise).
