Hi all, I’m looking at our current set up of abandon cart emails, is it possible to move the text from the dynamic feed to underneath the image instead of to the side? I’ve attached an image of the area I mean. If this has already been answered anywhere, I apologise in advance! Thanks in advance!Ali  

I have created flows and made them live but they are not sending to my customers. Is there other steps I need to take for my flows to send?

I want clarification how emailable profiles are populated into my account? Are they people who visited my website or made a certain action?Do I have permission to email them even if they have not signed up for my emails?What's the point of generating these profiles that are not subscribers? How I can use them in my marketing?

 Hi! Hoping someone here can lend me some help.Customers on my shopify store who subscribe to our Newsletter are being captured in two different places: in the Shopify customer's tab, and in Klaviyo. Customers who sign up on the website are being captured in Klaviyo, while customers who opt-into the newsletter during the checkout process are captured in Shopify. I would like all newsletter subscribers to ideally be captured on both platforms, but at least capturing these emails in Klaviyo is a must.Can anyone give me some guidance? Thank you so so much.

Hello, I have a customer who abandoned checkout with email A and placed an order with email B.I would like to remove their email A from the abandoned checkout flow it is in. But it is in a waiting queue of thousands of customers and I cannot find a search function to find email A. Also, when I go to email A’s profile, I can see that it is scheduled to receive an email, but it looks like I don’t have the ability to cancel the send from the profile.Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there, Can I adjust the trigger when adandoned carts actions will start ? For example can I start it manually on a click ? Can “abandoned cart” campaign could start not when customer adds products and goes to check out, but when item added to cart and wasnt paid for specific time ?? Other one : I heard that, a link to abandoned cart can be created , how to do that and where this link is kept ? Thank you in advance people !

Hi! I’d like to create a footer that will go at the bottom of each campaign that is filled with the products the customer has been looking at from our website. If the customer has been looking at a green scarf, it should show up dynamically in that feed. If the customer hasn’t been looking at anything, then it should just be a block of our top selling products or something.To me, it looks like this can only be done in the flows. I tried using {{ event.ImageUrl }} in a regular campaign, but it doesn’t look like it works because the event isn’t defined. Has anyone tried this in a campaign and not a flow? Or is it not possible?Thanks!

Dear sir/madam,So far ive had one issue with Klaviyo, that i dont know how to resolve. Despite this issue I am very happy with my Klaviyo experience.The issue i have is that my first abandoned cart mail has a link that doesnt work. It is the link to the product that has been put in the cart of a costumer. Ive tried to put different links in to fix the problem but it keeps going to the wrong page. When i see what link it sends me to, I see that there is no ‘/’ inbetween ‘.com’ and ‘products’. Hey everyone, does anyone else have issues with their billing on Klaviyo? I have many customers on this platform, but for some reason for one of the customers, I am unable to get out of the FREE Version of the software. The billing went through last month with no problems, but it didn’t allow me to send the right amount. The past three days I tried three different credit cards to upgrade the account another tier higher or swap out billing methods. Nothing seems to work. I don’t get an error message. Once I click the upgrade button, the window just sits and nothing happens. 

I captured someones email from having a popup when you land on my homepage although it doesnt show up in my “Newsletter” list that i have a new email captured. 

I have created 4 discount coupons for my store by klaviyo. Except for one , all other three coupons haven’t been uploaded to shopify yet. For two days this message showing ( discount codes  are still loading)

Is it possible to see the lifetime number of Ordered Products broken down by list in the analytics section? Having trouble finding it, though the engagement report showing AOV per list leads me to believe that the info must exist somewhere. Thank you!

Hello,1. I just started with Klaviyo and created my first Abandoned Cart Flow, I do not see the users who Abandoned the cart on my profiles, but they are in Shopify list. How can I retarget them with this AC Flow?2. Do I need to disable the Shopify Abandoned Cart email settings, or it will just use the Klaviyo settings automatically?3. How I can disable the Klaviyo Double-Opt?I find it complicated and overwhelming so far.Thank you for your help 

When someone get the abandoned cart email, the product price is with  dollars even if the customer currency is not dollarsfor ex: order amount is Rs 4199.99           In email amount shows  $4199.99

Hi,I am moving from Squarespace e-mail marketing to Klaviyo, through Zapier, but both platforms require double opt-in so when new subscribers sign up to my newsletter, they get 2 confirmation emails - one from Klaviyo and one from Squarespace.Did anyone have the same problem?

Hey Klaviyo community! I’m having some issues with colours bleeding through on my popup forms.. specifically the green around the “X” and “shop now”.. I have all the form background colours and button colours set to be the two tones of red / pink and green doesn’t show up anywhere in the settings for this particular form and they don’t seem to be the colours that would bleed through from the background page either.. so i’m a bit stumped what I’m doing wrong here…    Preview in Klaviyo looks like this: 

I’m creating 2 different lead magnets. One is a pop up on my site that will offer a dollar amount off and the other will be a landing page (where the link will be posted on social or an ad) with an offer to our free resource library. The first emails for these welcome flows will differ as one will have a coupon code and the other will have a password to the resource library. Do I create 2 lists to trigger these flows or one list that is segmented to trigger each flow? If segmented, what qualifier would denote the trigger? What I don’t want is someone who opted in to the coupon to receive an email saying “here’s your password to our resource library” and vice versa. Could someone suggest the best way to set this up? Dear friends,I created the standard Abandoned Cart Flow like this:When someone Checkout Started.Flow Filter: Placed order zero times since starting this flow.Wait 20 MinE-Mail 1Wait 4 hoursE-Mail 2 + with discount codeWait 22 hoursE-Mail 3 Now I have the problem that a customer opened E-mail 2 and started checkout again with coupon code but didn't complete. Now he will start again with the flow and will get E-Mail-1. And still he will get E-Mail 3, from entering the flow the 1st time. Is there a way I can have a check if this customer was in the flow already in the past 24 hours to prevent this? Thank you!

Hi everyone,We have a back in stock email flow set up (Via Swym/Kalviyo) When a product is back in stock, an event is created and that triggers the flow to send an email notification.A team member opted a customer in on their behalf (we know not GPDR-compliant, we’ve told them since) but they opted them in on the wrong product. We can’t “remove” the trigger event from Kalviyo so we created an exclusion list to prevent from receiving that notification.The item is back in stock, the flow was triggered and the email has been excluded. Can we now “unexclude” the customer or will it still trigger the event to be sent to them? Thanks!

Hi,My domain contains the word CBD so this make emails go to spam.To avoid this I change the “from email” from this: hola@upanidecbd.com to this noreply@upani.es but adding the other email to reply as hola@upanidecbd.com because I understood that is hidden.I changed the email in the campaign setup but after sending it when I receive the email, the from email is the one that should be hidden hola@upanidecbd.com so emails go to spam.
