Accidentally deleted entire Welcome Flow — can Klaviyo restore it?

I accidentally deleted the contents of my existing WELCOME FLOW today, September 25, 2026.

The flow itself still exists, but only the trigger remains. I accidentally deleted:

  • Welcome Email #1–#7
  • 6 Time Delays
  • 1 Multi-Branch Split

This happened only a few minutes ago while I was trying to remove a Multi-Branch Split. The Flow History clearly shows all of these deletions.

I understand that deleted flow messages cannot normally be restored from the interface, but I would like to ask whether a Klaviyo staff member can help recover or restore the deleted flow components from their previous state.

I am on the Free plan and cannot access Live Chat.

I have not made any further changes to the flow because I don't want to overwrite anything that might still be recoverable.

Is there a way for Klaviyo to restore this flow?

Klaviyo doesn't let you undo deleted flow content yourself, so you can't fix this from the editor. I think Klaviyo support can sometimes recover deleted flow messages and logic from their backend, but I'm not 100% sure since it's not officially guaranteed, it's just come up in community threads before. Since this happened only minutes ago and you haven't touched the flow since, it's worth trying.

Apologies for the delay here. Klaviyo cannot restore deleted delays and splits unfortunately, but we can restore non-A/B test emails within the flow. I will reach out directly for the account information so we can create a support ticket on your behalf.
