yes i see the status page, all green there. 

but while working on form i got red message “we experiencing problem, definitely we are working on it”

Are you still seeing this issue, and does this persist when making the changes to your form in an incognito window? We are experiencing an issue right now where some pages are temporarily unavailable, and our engineers are working on this. There were no reported incidents of the forms pages not working yesterday, however.
