I recently downgraded to a free plan, as I don't send many emails and currently only have 22 subscribers. I had read that my flows would then be paused, but that I would just have to put them Live again myself. But I can't do that? The box is just greyed out and I can't do anything.
Is it really right that you have to pay to keep your flows running?

Welcome to the community @Loome
From what you’ve described, it doesn’t seem like you’ve exceed any limits.
Hi @Loome – thanks for posting! How many emails have you sent this month? It is possible that you have already hit the 500 email limit for this month.
A couple more questions: Was the flow working prior to switching to the free plan? Have you tried duplicating the existing flow and then manually making each email within the flow live? Additionally, what is the trigger on the flow? It is possible that you do not have enough contacts for the flow to work.
Let me know the answers to these questions and we can keep trouble-shooting together!

Hi. Thanks for your reply :)
I'm nowhere near sending 500 emails 🙈
Yes, my flows were working fine until I changed the plan. I haven't tried duplicating them, but should I really have to? Seem like a lot of work for something that should be very simple.
I have different flows. But one is my welcome flow, where the only trigger is that they sign up for the newsletter.
