I’m not receiving the preview email. It appears to send, but I never receive anything in my gmail account -

  • Yes I’m on the free plan
  • No it’s not in spam or promotions
  • I’ve only sent maybe four preview emails this month
  • I successfully sent out an email campaign to ~100 people a few days ago that delivered successfully so I’m pretty sure the account is setup correctly

FYI forcing me to post here and not offering actual support email or chat is super frustrating, if I can’t get help with your product I can’t imagine why I’d pay to upgrade

Happy to look into this for you. What email address did you send the preview email to, and when did this occur? When you mention that it appears to send, do you mean that a green success message appeared? If you’re not sure when you last tried this, we can look into it some more. Can you send a preview email to your address, and then screenshot the success message that you receive and post it here, letting me know when you sent the message? Thanks.

I did figure it out, I hadn’t validated the sending address or domain or something, but did that and now I get them as expected. Please consider better error messaging
