When I verified my domain, I used "send" as the prefix, resulting in a domain name of send.xxxx.com. My root domain is xxx.com, and my email address is shop@.xxx.com. I'm not sure why the TXT verification keeps failing. I've also verified the domain xxxx.com and email address shop@.xxx.com with another email plugin. Is there a conflict?I checked that the domain name reseller has updated the records according to Klaviyo's requirements.

Hi @elas1234,

Can you confirm that the TXT record in your DNS provider matches the TXT record that Klaviyo provided? If not, then you’ll want to make sure that the characters in Klaviyo and your DNS provider record match exactly.

If you are seeing every record appear correctly in your DNS provider, I’d recommend using a 3rd party DNS record checker, like MXToolbox or whatsmydns.net to see if these other checkers are recognizing your records. Finally, if you’re seeing third parties recognize your records, but they’re not propagating in Klaviyo, you might want to reach out to your DNS provider and see if you’re proxying your records. I’ve seen instances where proxied records have resulted in the domain not verifying in Klaviyo. Let me know if any of these steps work, or if you need some extra help!
