Pop up sign up forms unable to show on my Woocommerce

Having a issue seeing my Klaviyo pop up sign up form on my woocommerce website, which is very frustrating.I have already installed klaviyo and linked my woocommerce with klaviyo. I’ve built my first sign up form. When I hit publish, I receive the following message: “Your signup form has been published and will appear on your website if the code snippet has been installed” But when i checked my website the pop up form is not showing up. I have checked all settings on the pop up form and everything i think can be wrong disturbing the form from showing up but i can't find solution to it. I also check the install Code Snippet but it's say “Signup forms are successfully installed on your site” What’s the solution?

Dynamic Coupon Code in a Popup

it is my understanding that Dynamic Coupon Codes should be able to be generated inside of a popup. I created a popup and tested on the site and it just simply looks like the source code and not the dynamic coupon code.

Link a button on my store to Trigger a popup form

I have a page on my Shopify store with a Button that when pressed I would like it to trigger a Klaviyo popup, is this possible? Thank you for any advice, I did see they have the Legacy, but the form and button was very basic, so I would like to just use the button that is created with the website theme and just some how link that to trigger the popup. Thank you

Back in stock not working

I'm really interested in using the Shopify back in stock feature listed here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-ShopifyHowever on my site it shows on every variant instead of just the sold out ones, and the submit button doesn't lead to anything. Is there a fix for this? I’ve had a look at different posts but couldn’t find a solution. I'm using showcase if that helps!Thank you!Edit: also the URL does change so I believe the variants are being recognised

[Shopify] ADA accessibility issue with email signup form

Hi Klaviyo community,I have an email signup form on my site which has a loading delay that’s triggered after a user scrolls 30% of the page. I have recently been informed that this popup is not ADA compliant as it causes two accessibility issues. The first was that the popup didn’t take primary focus when it was displayed, and the second was that it wasn’t announced when it was displayed. My questions are - has anyone dealt with a similar issue and successfully troubleshot it? There aren’t advanced options in the WISIWYG tool to tinker with things like this. Could removing the delay solve the issue? Also, is this working as designed, or could there be a conflict with my Shopify theme that is keeping the focus on the page rather than shifting it to the popup form? Thanks in advance!

Is there a way to bypass form submission to subscribe to a list

I want to send an email to my list and ask them to get on a special vip list by clicking on a link but without them having to re-enter their details on a landing page.Can someone please tell me if there is a way to do this?Thank you!

Hi!I have Klaviyo connected with Shopify (with the App).My sign-up form (in a pop-up) shows only “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Email” fields and populate a specific list in Klaviyo.I want to add 2 fields : month and day for birthdays. Create Popup Form to Collect Data without an Email Field

I am trying to create a 1 question survey for visitors coming to our site. We currently have a subscription popup that activates 7-8 seconds when someone is on the site. We are getting some people to subscribe and we are able to ask them the survey question “Are you currently bald”.However, we want to have a popup that fires as soon as someone comes to the site that just asks the question. We are not looking to collect email addresses. We just want to know the percentage of individuals coming to the site that are bald. This will help with advertising later on. I was able to successfully create the popup WITHOUT an email address field, but the data doesn’t seem to be sent to Klaviyo without having the required email. Is there a way to do a custom report to see this information? We are not wanting to use a third party integration due to security processes and approved apps. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!

Custom HTML for signup form / pop-up form

Does anyone know if there is a way to drop in custom HTML into the pop-up form builder? I know you can do this in the email template building when you hit <source> but is there any workaround for the pop-ups?

No email received after entering email in signup form

I have set up a signup form that offers a 10% discount.  I tested it and was expecting that the customer would receive an email in addition to the code showing in the pop up box.  However, in my test I didn’t get an email.  Is that how it is supposed to work (i.e. just the coupon code on the screen and no follow up email)? Thanks

Why can't I tag a Signup Form?

I can add a tag to Flows and Campaigns, but not Sign Up forms. It makes it very difficult to manage separate B2C and B2B Signup forms at the same time other than using the naming convention of the form itself.Advantages:Being able to tag lists would make it very easy to tag something as B2C or B2B, then filter down to what are currently focusing on   We can currently manage our Campaigns and Flows via tags so adding this to the Signup Forms section wouldn’t be too hard, and it would make using Klaviyo much more consistent   Having user level access at a tag level would make it easy for us to invite external partners to our account to manage signup forms for their market

Formatting Sign Up Forms for Desktop or Mobile

I have 2 forms 1 for desktop which appears correctly.1 for mobile which is not appearing correctly. None of the styling of the text is correct. How can we design a form for mobile specifically? It just appears as a Narrow or squished desktop version of the form.

Newsletter subscription opt-in rate

I checked what percentage of people who opt-in for my newsletter actually confirmed received our newsletter. By creating a segment with the following definition:Properties about someone:$consent_form_id is in [my pop-up].I found out that only 36,23% of the people who dropped their e-mail address in my pop-up gave consent by confirming there sign up. I was wondering what the benchmark percentage is and if people have tried to increase this percentage? I have the feeling that my percentage is really low and curious how to improve this.

Pop-up text block not appearing on website

We have created two pop-ups to be appear on same page with different conditions that I have achieved using URL containing option and working fine. One pop-up is in English and the other is in Spanish, both pop-ups are appearing absolutely fine but there is an issue that the text block is not appearing for the second pop-up (i.e. Spanish). The form fields are appearing fine but not the header and footer text blocks, I can not think of any reason which can cause this.I have tried changing the text, etc. but nothing seems to work. Image, fields and other blocks are working fine but not the text and this happening for the second block only.

Facebook Event Manager doesn't work with Klaviyo? How to manually do it on Shopify?

I saw a previous post going over something similar but I didn’t understand the solution. Thought it would be as simple as throwing this code into the theme folder but I don’t see it working. I already have the pixel installed by shopify so it’s on every page. I’m not a developer but it seems like it should be pretty easy but I’m just not getting it to work. Making sure people are opting-in with my discount signup form

Hi everyone,I am very new to Klaviyo and am wanting to create a pop up with a first time subscriber discount.I’ve gone through the steps in sign up forms and set it all up.When I test it it sends the discount code to the email address that signs up straight away and then it sends a click to confirm subscription email second.So does that mean that the person can use the code that came in the first email but then not confirm their email address as requested in the second email so then not be subscribed?Thanks for your help!

How to customize the close button in signup forms

Is there a way to customize the close button graphic in the signup forms? It’s a very small (low-res) light gray PNG (not ADA compliant). It should really an SVG with customizable colors. I just hope I’m missing something.Thanks, -oo

How reliable is location targeting in signup forms

Hi there,I have two embed forms on a page; and I want to show one or the other based on whether the user is in the EU or not (one of the forms have GDPR fields on it).I’m using “don’t show to visitors in certain locations (EU)”, and “show to visitors in certain locations (EU)” respectively, so it should be all set – in theory. But how reliable is this really? What if the location of the person cannot be detected during their visit. Do they see both forms? Or neither form, which would be slightly better, but still not ideal.I have the same question for popup forms as well. Same scenario with two forms.Thanks, -oo

Sign up Form with Image on Mobile

I am having issues with my sign up form (fly-out) on mobile. I am using the form with the side image, which looks great on a desktop, but on mobile view the image and the form get distorted. What am I doing wrong?Is it better to have two completely different Sign up forms? One for desktop (with image) and one for mobile (without image)?

Is there a function to prevent customers from abusing the sign up forms?

Hi!Sorry if this has been asked before but I did a quick search and did not find a similar thread. We are thinking of incentivizing customers (e.g. 20% off first orders) when it comes to new sign ups. I was just wondering if Klaviyo has a feature/smart system in place to prevent customers from abusing the system? One example would be creating new accounts to make use of the promotion. We are on shopify if this helps!I was just curious since this is a similar problem that most ecommerces face these days. Looking forward to your inputs! Thank you so much in advance :)

Embed Form Doesnt Work on Brave Browser?

Hi! I am seeing users report that the embed forms do not load on Brave Browser with ‘shields up’ which is the default loading state for Brave. Is anyone else seeing this and is there a fix?

Woocommerce 'unable to detect sign up forms installed' message, but I'm using plugin.

Having a few issues setting up Klaviyo, which is very frustrating. I have already installed and linked the wordpress plugin. My sales data has all transferred, except for one issue (Started Checkout doesn’t track) that I’ve contacted support about. I’ve built my first sign up form. When I hit publish, I receive the following error: Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Please view the installation documentation. I click on the link but it tells me that if I’m using Woocommerce and have integrated using the plugin, I don’t need to add the code snippet. Everything is set up correctly, so not sure why this is happening. I’ve hit publish, it says it’s live. I’ve added the form embed code to my website but it doesn’t appear. What’s the fix?

Change the way popups can be closed

Currently the popups I created can be closed either by clicking the little “x” at the top or by clicking/tapping anywhere outside of the popup window.That way I feel like a lot of mobile users accidently close the popup simply by scrolling and tapping through my page at the moment the popup appears. Is there a way to disable this “click off to close it” option and only allowing visitors to close the popup by clicking the little “x”? Thanks!
