How to only show one popup signup form at a time

Is there a way to only have one pop up show at a time? We have a fly out popup to show immediately when a subscriber enters the site and we also have a exit intent pop up to show when a visitor is exiting the page. I added a time delay to the exit intent to hopefully solve this issue of having both forms show up at the same time.

I’m trying to connect a legacy form to be triggered to an existing add to cart button on my Shopify store. i’ve already gone through the link: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077007-How-to-Trigger-a-Legacy-Popup-When-a-Button-is-ClickedHowever, it seems its a bit unclear at the end as to how to have this form triggered by an existing button instead of creating a new one. What if i have many signup form enabled?

Most of the posts and article I have read about sign-up forms for klaviyo, I realized it's absolutely normal to have more than one sign-up forms (although I am still yet to grab the reason why I would do that) which got me wondering: If I have two sign-up forms live on my Shopify, how will klaviyo be showing it? I just don't understand. Will they be shown together at the same time or what? Can someone just let me know why anyone would have two sign-up forms.  Thanks guys.

DevTools failed to load source map

My flyout form takes a while to appear on the page. I’ve set it for a 10 second delay. I checked the console in Chrome for any errors and I have this error appear:DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/sentry.957bb8d322d8fad44127.js.map: HTTP error: status code 403, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILUREDo I need to be concerned/do anything about this? Thank you,Gillian

Multi Step Form

I created a multi-step form today.  1st form is an email opt-in.  2nd form is SMS opt-in.  And then success/confirmation message.When you say “no thank” to the 2nd form SMS opt-in, the form just disappears and nothing else happens.  There’s no success/confirmation message.  Is there a way to get that message?  Currently, it will only display that message when the SMS opt-in is filled out.

accessing all fields on form in customer profile

I have a form active on my site that allows the customer to complete a sample request form which includes their mailing address. However, I cannot see the mailing address in the customer profile. It’s collecting the information, so I know it’s somewhere, but how do I get it to display in the customer profile?

Trouble Embedding Klaviyo Sign Up Form into Website Footer

Hi everyone, I am having trouble embedding my Klaviyo Sign Up form into my Shopify Debut Theme Footer. GDPR sign-up with competition collaboration

I want to create a form sign-up which enables consent for now only our database, but our collaborating partner, which I will export and send to them after the competition closes.How do I go about setting up the right format plus, enabling exportation to specific ‘Yes’ and ‘No’ to consent? The way I’ve tried it doesn’t really seem to work as it adds both test email addresses in as ‘Yes’ when one selected ‘Yes’ and the other ‘No’.

Hi all,When I registered my email at klaviyo via the form, it worked and I got an email entitled "Confirm Your Subscription".That's fine, but how do I edit that email? I want to change some of the colors in the email and edit the subject in the email, but I don't know where I can change them.Anyone can help? Help.Thank you.

Birthday date - Issue with DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY

Hello, We started collecting Birthday dates from our customers through a Klaviyo embedded form. The form uses the following profile property and date format (DD/MM/YYYY). Link to screenshot: https://prnt.sc/1v9s54b The format is Day/Month/Year, correct? The profile shows the input Birthday date in the following format (DD/MM/YYYY). The problem occurs when the customer enters the Birthday flow. It seems like Klaviyo uses the default US date format (MM/DD/YYYY) when adding customers into the flow, even if we used the DD/MM/YYYY in the embedded form and the profile shows it as DD/MM/YYYY. It happened this morning, on the 8th of October (10/08/****). The customer above, whose Birthday is on the 10th of August 1994 (10/08/1994), received a birthday email because Klaviyo used the US date format and thought the Birthday was on the 8th of October. Why i

Issue with Legacy form redirecting on form submission

I’m running into an issue where the the legacy form sometimes redirects to page with another form asking for the email, first name, and last name. But this only seems to happen sometimes. I’ve added the data attributes: data-ajax-submit, target, and novalidate. Thanks in advance for the help!

Send Existing Profiles "Already Subscribed" Message + How to Hide from Existing Users

HiI am pretty new to klaviyo, store has not gone live fully.  I like to ask about signup forms(embedded). I have a page for people to subscribe. However, when I browse to this page personally, I get captured by klaviyo into the profile, even though I have not subscribed. TBH I am not sure how I got captured, my guess is maybe a popup captured me. Yes I have a popup sub message and an embedded(in its own link).  I am not sure then if I should select the radio button “Dont show to existing Klaviyo profiles”. But I want to show to everyone that has not subscribed until they sub. Am I understanding this wrong?  Is there an alternative, where I choose “show to all visitors”, but somehow will display a different message if already subscribed?  Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Placeholder text disappeared from form

I have created a multi-step name and email form in Klaviyo. I had two fields, one for first name and one for email. I have gone into the form today and the placeholder text has disappeared and I have no idea how or why this has happened. How to add a button that allows you to pass URL query strings?

We’ve added a popup that will redirect visitors to the correct shop based on their location. We’ve noticed that URL query strings are being dropped when being transferred to the other shop. For example, a visitor arrives at our Canadian site with referral link: shop.ca/?ref=skxtBAIf they are an international customer, they will receive a popup message to redirect them to our international site, shop.com. Once they are redirected, the referral link gets lost and is no longer tracked. Instead, we want: shop.ca/?ref=skxtBA on our Canadian shop, to get redirected to shop.com/?ref=skxtBA on our US shop. URL string ?ref=skxtBA, is maintained. Is this possible?Thanks,Elie

Why aren't my subscribers getting emails after they submit this Shopify form?

Hi all,I have a problem with the subscribe form on my Shopify, see the picture I sent, I tried to subscribe to the form at the bottom of the shop, but when I subscribe it doesn't send on Klaviyo and my flow on Klaviyo nothing happens.How do I get the form at the bottom of my shop to receive emails from customers and have them sent to Klaviyo?Thank you.

Can I Capture Hidden Property Using Dynamic Values in A Form?

Is it possible to save a hidden property in a signup form that isn’t just a static string? I’d be interested in the ability to save a dynamic value that’s numeric or a date, not just a string. Even better if it can be a dynamic value. Examples:Save the current date to perform date-based calculations in flows Save UTM tags if populated Save an integer that can be incremented in a flow

Why Does my Sign-up form Say there are Multiple Input Fields for Birthday Property?

I’m having an issue publishing my sign-up form because it keeps popping up with this error message: There are multiple input fields for the birthday profile property. I imported from a csv file that only had one Birthday field on it and I mapped that to a custom property called Birthday. When I look at customers profiles that have that field, there is only one that shows up.I have reached out to chat, but they are not available until the morning. Anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it? Where do I look to locate the multiples the message refers to?

How Do I Removing the background Color of an Embedded form?

Hello all,First question, so be gentle :-) I have made the mistake of buying the Pro version of SeedPROD which doesn’t integrate with Klaviyo. Grrrr. Hence, I have created an embedded form. I want to remove the white background for a form. See form below:  It should be a simple task of clicking no background in the section below but nothing is actually easy with WSWYG editors. How do I remove the background? In addition, what is the easiest way to move the ‘Subscribe’ button to the next line?Lastly, in 2021, forms should be responsive. Having to create an embedded form for desktop and a separate one for mobile is quite backwards.Gillian
