Hello, My Klaviyo-hosted landing page URL is still using my old brand name: https://sirena-swimwear.myklpages.com/l/T6ze3w I have rebranded and need to update the hosted landing page subdomain from sirena-swimwear to my current brand name, Ban-dia. It looks like your account may have had custom hosted pages enabled at some point, with a dedicated hosted pages subdomain set up.
If that custom hosted pages subdomain was later removed, the hosted pages subdomain saved on the account does not automatically change, and that older subdomain can still end up being used for landing pages.
If you’d like to update it, the next step would be to follow this guide for updating your hosted page domain settings: How to update the domain settings for your hosted pages.
In short, you would navigate to this page: https://www.klaviyo.com/settings/other/consent-pages, toggle on “Use custom dedicated domain for hosted pages”, and update the domain.
