Certain emails are not being delivered

Hi,

Here is the flow we set up. However, Email #4 and Copy of Email #5 are not delivering whereas all other emails have. What is the issue behind this? Thank you for your help!

Thank you for reaching out to the Klaviyo Community for help with your flow.

I have a couple of questions for you first. Did you recently add email #4 and Copy Email #5 to this flow? If these were added after the flow went live, you may need to backpopulate the flow. When you click Show Analytics and then click on email #4 and #5 does it show any of your profiles in waiting, or skipped? there could be a number of reasons affecting profiles in waiting or skipped.. Let me know what your analytics say and we can dive deeper into what may be the issue!

Hi Stephen, 

Thanks for your reply. No, they weren’t added after the flow went live I don’t think. When I click Show Analytics, there’s no profiles waiting or skipped.  It just says 0 on everything very strange!
