We use Excel Power Queries to provide provide higher-level reporting that we need.

Has anyone been able to figure out a way to get a skipped report out of Klaviyo that says more than just “Skipped”? We need a way to find the reason a message was skipped in order to diagnose and correct the reason(s) a message was skipped.

Trying to do it through the Message “Recipient Activity” is no help. Skipped shows 11 but only two are present when you drill into the link.

We may be missing a property, or a set of properties that is keeping us from seeing Profile-level reasons for Skips.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @ptrau,

Thanks for the question! At the moment, there unfortunately isn’t a way to export the skip reasons, or get them via API. I recognize that this is a limitation, and how useful it would be to be able to achieve this, so I’m happy to reach out to our product team and recommend that we implement this in the future.

That would really be great. The only way we can QC and improve our Flow efficiencies is to be able to identify the reason a profile is skipped without have to go in one at a time to their profile.
