t-online 2026 on klaviyo - still the same problem and nobody talking about it

Hello.

We try to get feedback from klaviyo sale team, but after sending the question twice nobody replied.
We simply have this question:

There was a time newsletter from klaviyo was blocked by t-online postmaster in general.
Without an dedicated IP that is is negative for sender without highsending volume there is no chance to reach the inbox of t-online.de

We see now the help guide regarding t-online and klaviyo. But its still not clear:
Is klaviyo not blocked anymore by t-online in general? So if we set spf, dkim/dmarc the newsletter will work in general also without dedicated IP?

Hi @thomas83 ,

I can confirm that a dedicated IP is not a universal requirement for sending to T-Online.

That said, I want to be careful about framing this as a general guarantee that sending will always work without one. The clearest documented guidance is still to have double opt-in in place, along with proper sender identification and aligned SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
