How to exclude subscription orders from the revenue reports?

Guys I have some clients subscribed to my coffee program and I’ve been sending some marketing emails and realise that klaviyo took those orders that were in those days (by coincidence) and took like “$100” in sales and attributed it to the email campaign. This is not accurate because I know they’ve been automatically charged by our subscription program so they didnt buy because the campaign. How can I exclude this purchases from the campaigns report to make it more accurate? Im using the appstle subscription app for shopify.

I need to activate a flow for clients to update their data in my Signup Form inserted in my web page. Since my clients currently update their data, but the current Flow does not send that email again and they gave me the information that a Flow must be done based on metrics

Welcome flow #1 and #2 sent. But #3 did not. What am I doing wrong?

I created the first two emails in my Welcome Series and they sent out fine.  I was late creating email #3 so changed the default wait time to accommodate when I finally finished email #3 which would make it send on Day 9.  But it didn’t go out.  Everything looks fine to me.  It’s live, etc.  I don’t know what to do now.

Activate the Flow with emails already registered

Hello community.I have inserted a Signup Form on my page, connected to a Flow for subsequent automatic email. It turns out that when trying to refill said form with an already registered email, the Flow does not send your email again.How can I leave my Flow configured so that the email is always sent? I attach my screenshot for advice

Reporting on unique coupon codes

Hi,I'm using unique coupon codes for my welcome flow with a prefix 10WELCOME. Example of a discount code is 10WELCOMEWL346BJ4. I'd like to tag customers that used this discount code, so I created a segment + flow to update profile property. This is because I want to tag everybody that made use of the discount so I can make reportings from this.  Segment: However, eventough the discount codes are being used, there is nobody entering this segment. Should I change the settings of my segment? Or is there another way I can tag these customers?thank you!

Weekly date property flow - how to trigger this?

I need to send a weekly email to remind subscribers to select their ‘menu’ choices for the next delivery date. I’ve used date property but the option to repeat is only monthly? how can I trigger this flow to run weekly?Is this possible? the delivery date property changes weekly in the profileany help greatly appreciated!

Excluding Gift Cards in Post-purchase flow

Hi, I’m looking for some help/guidance regarding a Shopify post-purchase flow.Currently, it’s a metric-based trigger (Placed Order), and I want to be able to exclude orders that have Gift Cards only.  I’m a bit stumped as I can’t exclude just the Item “Gift Cards”, because I still want to be able to include customers who purchase both a gift card and regular item(s).  I also can’t use the combo Item Count + Gift Card because there are people who order multiple gift cards, and I also have other trigger filters in place. Hoping there’s some sort of obvious solution that I’m just missing, but any suggestions are welcomed.

How To Make Sure Flows Don’t Clash With Each Other?

Hi All,Just a general question that seeks an answer. How do we ensure that flows don’t clash with each other? Can a single customer be in two flows at the same time? Or do we pull apart the waiting time and make sure there is enough resting period between each email, either campaign or flow so that the customer receives an adequate amount of emails.

Advice on Abandoned Cart triggers

Hey, So I’ve been struggling a bit with the ideas on how to adjust our abandoned flow to make sure we’re not receiving any unnecessary unsubscribes and spam reports.   But.. We have a lot of returning customers and, let’s say, some of them will enter the checkout with the same email address… With these current settings, they wouldn’t be able to receive any future abandoned emails even if they’ve purchased a while ago (30 days, 60 days after and so on)… So my idea is to change from “since started this flow” to X days ago.

Social Engineering Content Detected

When we send out newsletter using Klaviyo, we frequently get a “social engineering content detected” message from Google. The “bad” URL looks like it’s a click tracking url. I don’t see anything malicious with the links they are calling out.How can I prevent Google from thinking links in our campaign emails are malicious?

Left aligned emails?

We are looking for a solution to have our Klaviyo sent emails to be left aligned with no padding / shadowing surrounding the main text.  Below is an example of an email sent from our email service Front and below that is an email sent from Klaviyo.Please help! This is literally a deal breaker which is likely going to have us going back to MailChimp which has left aligned emails (C). A)B)  Mailchimp left aligned

Avoid repetition when sending suggestions

Hello, I want to create a campaign in which each week I suggest a random selection of trendy pieces. The problem is that if I choose an ordering proposed by Klaviyo, clothes can be the same from one week to another. I want the process to be as automated as possible (and avoid selecting each piece myself), is it possible ? how can it be done ? Thank you for your help

Is there a way to show the last 4 seen products in a campaign? (NOT A FLOW)

I’ve been trying to find out if i can implement a custom block to show the last viewed products of each user (if available) but I can’t seem to find the right information. The product feed i have set up right now has the blended: “Ordered product + viewed product” feed but its not showing the last viewed products. Customer service tells me that with the feeds it won’t show last viewed products even though it says it, instead it shows “related” products to what the user has viewed.

Loyalty flows (no app) and dealing with unsubbing then resubbing

Hi, I raised this with Klaviyo support and got some helpful advice, but after thinking it over, I realised it doesn’t work. The scenario: Customer enters a loyalty flow after purchasing a specific product. The flow is long (a few years). Naturally in this time, we would expect some customers to unsub before they’ve fully finished it. We’d like them to re-enter if they resubscribe later down the line. For this reason, the flow filter “has never been in this flow” doesn’t work. Klaviyo support suggested adding a filter property like “Completed this flow” = Yes and then making sure that people can only re-enter if it’s No, but then they’d be able to re-enter after every email, which we don’t want. Essentially: we want people to enter this 1 time per customer lifetime. But, if they unsub, resub later down the line, and then make a purchase, we want them to re-enter because of the information promoting loyalty flow in our order confirmation - we wouldn’t want to say they’d enter this loyalt

Back in stock flow - 'Sold out' text appearing in two places

Hello, I’ve started the back in stock flow and added the code into my Shopify store, but there is some ‘sold out’ text that has appeared which I don’t want to have placed there - it makes it look quite messy, please see the circled text on the screenshot. Does anyone know how to remove this? Also, how do I make the blue ‘Notify me when available’ text black?Thanks,Meeta

Klaviyo & Shopify flow

Hello I have a quick question regarding Shopify & Klaviyo flow. I have create a flow on Klaviyo for abandoned cart. But, Shopify is still sending the Shopify’s automatic “abandonned cart” notification ! I guess i will have some problem for all automatic mail from shopify ( confirmation of order etc). And can i solve this issue ? Thanks Magali
