Recently did an A/B test for an email and didn’t have the option of gradually sending emails. Setup the test two different ways:Even split (50/50) Split 49.5/49.5 and remainder going to winnerWas only able to choose a specific send time. Is there anyway to throttle the deployment?
We have several flows which have been working without a hitch for nearly 10 months now. Yesterday, a customer signed up to the Welcome Flow, received their discount code and proceeded to make a purchase. But today it appears the same customer received an email from our abandoned cart flow. Upon looking at her profile in the Klaviyo backend, we can see their purchase is not showing yet in the profile. The email address used for the order is the same as that under the profile that shows the customer receiving both the welcome flow email (with discount code) and now the abandoned cart emails.I’d like to know if this is something that can occur from time to time, and how and why? and, How to stop the rest of the flow emails from being sent so as not to continually annoy the customer (they’re obviously annoyed as they have alerted us to the email flow reminding them to purchase in the first place!)
Questions -1))) How to send all the subscribers below the same welcome flow? All sign up forms (existing and new ones that we will create) Existing subscribers who joined the list through other email marketing service before we joined Klaviyo. 2))) How to prevent the same subscribers receiving too many emails in a week? i.e. once the subscriber make the purchase, he will be receive buyer flows. Can we delay the welcome flow to next week? Details - A freelancer set up a welcome flow for new subscribers who sign up 10% discount form. When we said we need old subscribers (from Active Campagin) and the subscribers of all other Klaviyo forms receive the same flow. She creates a separate flow for them. The challenge is - we plan to have 15+ welcome emails. We don’t want to create the email twice for these 2 separate flows. Please take a look of the screenshots

I am looking to create a flow that triggers an email that will be sent to customers when an item they ordered is back-ordered / drops to 0 inventory to all open orders with that product as well as any new orders until the product is back in stock. The client use drop ship so when things go out of stock they manually update it in shopify and same when they get an update that its back in stock. What is the best way to set up that flow in klaviyo?
We have created a Browse Abandonment flow and included the dynamic blocks for product image, name and price for the product they have browsed on site. We would like to direct them back to the product they have browsed from this email but I can’t see what code I need to include to send them back to that product? Please can someone point me in the right direction so I can add this to the email and get the flow live. If this isn’t something that is best practice, I would be grateful for a recommendation of what we should do? Thanks, Laura
Hello everyone, I am currently facing an issue. I just recently integrated AfterShip with Klaviyo. The metrics are all active but I am not seeing AfterShip nor its flow templates (Order In Transit, Order Out for Deliver and Received Delivery). in the Flow setup section.I can manually create the flows and setup the triggers but I don’t know where to get the codes. Please help
I’m new to Klaviyo and have launched my first flow for new subscribers. I set it up as an email party that began today and will send emails everyday this week. Everything seems to be going okay except some new subscribers joined this morning and I’m unsure how to send the email from today rather than the first automated email to confirm they were on the list. I hope this doesn’t sound too confusing! What I’m asking is, how do I send an email in the flow manually?
Hey everyone, I’m trying to setup a win back flow for customers that haven’t ordered within 75 days (but have at least placed 1 order).I setup the flow and set a filter, it seems to have filtered out people that didn’t place one in 75 days (which is opposite) of what I wanted. No mater what I do, and back-populate, the status does not change. What am I missing? Is there a way to start everyone from 0 in the flow? https://www.dropbox.com/s/lnu0wcns1jza1g4/winbackflow.png?dl=0
Hi there, I am trying to make a flow for customers who’ve bought a specific product with a conditional split to see if they’ve bought another related product. If Yes, they flow through to a 12 hour wait then receive an email. If No, they flow to another email. It seems though that almost everyone is stuck in the Waiting phase of the conditional split and I’m not sure why. Also, only 5 people have moved down to the Yes flow email, and they are all in “review” and no emails have gone out. Can you help me figure out what I’m doing wrong? Thanks
Hi all, I have Klaviyo for my Shopify store and have set-up an auto-email to shoot from klaviyo as soon as someone signs up for our newsletter. Now we want to go one step further and send all transactional emailers via Klaviyo (e.g. order confirmation, shipment dispatched, order delivered, refund processed etc.). We use ‘Recharge subscriptions’ for payments and subscription management & ‘Deliverr’ for Shipping. Currently while testing I see these emails are triggered directly by Shopify, which I don’t mind, but just wanted to check with the community if there is any benefit in moving even these emails to Klaviyo? Thanks,Rishabh
Hello, There is something weird that happening around our cart abandon flow. When we’re clicking the CTA button, it doesn't take us to the abandoned product page, it only takes us to the Home page, making it extremely difficult to find solutions on it. Is there anyway around on how to fix this type of issue? Our ecommerce platform is Magento 2.3
Using Shopify. Need something like a back-in-stock alert but for specific audiences only. I want to send back-in-stock emails only to people that previously bought from Collection A of my Shopify store. Then ideally, no duplicate emails if they bought Product A and Product B, separately, from Collection A. Is there like a flow for this?
