The ‘Unable to checkout. Please try again’ message on klaviyo usually happens when there’s a temporary payment verification or browser-related issue. Here’s what you can do to fix it quickly: 

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Sometimes old data blocks the payment process. 
2. Use a different browser or device (for example, switch from safari to chrome or try incognito/private mode).
3. Double-check with your bank that the payment  wasn’t put on hold or flagged for security reasons.
4. If you already got a ‘successful’ message from your bank, don’t try multiple payments instead, reach out to Klaviyo Support  with your transaction reference or screenshot,  and they’ll verify and activate your plan manually.

The “Unable to checkout. Please try again” error most often occurs when the billing address does not exactly match the address of the card on file. Can you double check your billing settings to ensure that these two addresses are exactly the same, and that there are no typos in the billing address? Make sure the country matches too - sometimes a misalignment in the country can cause this issue.
