Great question!
At present those functions you listed of adding preview text, adding an exclusion list, or adding multiple lists to a campaign when created using API are not supported functions of our Campaign API endpoint. However, I do believe that these are great suggestions and will share your feedback with our Product Team to look into incorporating into our Campaign API endpoint. I’ll be sure to provide any updates to this thread when we hear back from our team!
