If you have the correct scopes, and everything else in your headers are correct, we can rule these out. Would you mind posting the full error message? That will help us determine what’s happening and how to fix this.
On occasion, pushing items into Klaviyo via API when you already have custom catalogs syncing via a JSON or XML feed can cause this issue. Can you confirm that you’re not currently syncing any custom catalogs to Klaviyo via JSON or XML? Thanks!
