Cross domain tracking with subdomain

Hi!

Currently we are integrating Klaviyo on our website.

We have two domains:

I’ve already integrated the Javascript tracking with both frontend and server-side tracking with the Google Tag Manager.

However only activities on the checkout page are getting tracked, since on this subdomain the user is identified via email when placing an order.

How can I fix the cross domain tracking? Is this possible?
