I have started to create numerous flows; browse abandonment, cart abandonment, welcome, thank you etc. When a customer is put in a flow and opens an email within said flow they are then put into a segment, I want to know when a customer is in a flow do they also receive campaign emails we send week on week?
We don’t want to interrupt flows for example:
Flow email 1
*wait 2 days but in this period gets a campaign email*
Flow email 2
And we don’t want it to appear spammy!
