Hi

We’re getting this error. If i paste the url into my browser i get http error page. Here is the url klaviyo is trying to reach...api key removed.

https://a.klaviyo.com/client/profiles/?company_id=api_key_here

Hi

The company id is the public key. This key is 5-6 characters in length. You cannot use your private key. I think you are using your private key here and hence you are getting an error message.

Can you confirm that you’re attempting to use the Create or Update Client Profile endpoint to send information to Klaviyo? If so, are you getting a specific error response (like a 401/404 error)? Also, would you mind telling us more about your goal? If I know what you’re looking to achieve, I may be able to point you in the right direction!
