Flow review with reviews.io

Hi,
we just connected Klaviyo to our reviews.io account via API and made a segment list with all customers who write a review.
Now we want to create a flow where a customer which writes a review with reviews.io will receive a thank you mail automatically. How do we have to set this flow up?

Here’s an example using a trigger. This flow is a thank you for a company positive review. The principle is the same for product reviews and for negative reviews though with different reviews.io metrics.

Note that the reviews.io metrics won’t appear as an option for the trigger until you’ve had your first review that captures that metric. 

You could also trigger a flow when reviewers are added to your review segment.

However you do this, always good to personalise the messages for positive v negative reviews.
