I am unable to add a block (Submit Button)

I need a bit more context before i can point you in the right direction, When you mention adding a block with a submit button "under email," are you working inside a signup form? or are you inside the email template editor trying to add a button block to an email? These are two different builders in Klaviyo and the issue would be different in each case.

I believe you’re referring to the Email Template editor. Instead of clicking “Button”, you have to click in “Button”, hold and drag it to wherever in the email body you would like the button to be.
