Is there any relation to Events created of ecommerce metrics like Placed Order, Cancelled Order with Flows and campaigns in our account?

Happy to help, but I’m not sure I entirely understand your question. Would you mind clarifying what your goal is?

You can use our Reporting API to query Campaign, Flow, form and segment values across a time frame of your choosing, and can also choose whatever conversion metric you’d like when doing so! This is the doc that contains the endpoint you can use to query campaign values, and this is the doc for the query flow values endpoint.
