Can I check if the message you’ve shared is from the non-Klaviyo system?

Let me know if the thread that ross_hopkins posted above answers your questions. To summarize, when making an API call to Klaviyo, the phone number must be in a valid format for the call to succeed. A valid phone number format would be “+15005550006” for instance. Does this answer your question? If not, let us know!
