Query Metric Aggregates Endpoint for Back in Stock Reports?

Forum|alt.badge.img+6

Hi :)

I want to pull data for “Back in Stock” and Back in Stock reports are not flexible enough to get the data in the way I need.

I'm thinking about using the Query Metric Aggregates Endpoint instead. Does anybody know if that’s possible?

I want to create a daily report for the Products team that shows how many products and which SKUs were added each day.

I'm looking for a hint, as I've never tried this before.

Thanks!

Hey again @Mathilde,

I looked into this, and looked through our API endpoints to see if we have any endpoints that you could use to pull this information. At this time, there isn’t a method to pull that back in stock data out of Klaviyo via API. That being said, I definitely see how this would be useful, and I’m happy to reach out to our product team and recommend that we implement this in the future.

Hi @Mathilde,

While I don’t believe this is possible through the Query Metric Aggregates endpoint, I’m happy to look into this for you. Would you mind describing in a little more detail what you’re looking for, that our back in stock report doesn’t provide? You do have the ability to schedule a report to send to somebody each day, which should show you the number of products added and the SKUs of those products. Were you looking for the data to be presented in a different way, or for some data that our scheduled reports don’t have? I can reach out to our engineers to see what our options are!

Hi Byrne,

Thank you for looking into it :)

I would like the report to include SKU, Queue, Moved to next step, Cancelled, Last Added.

Most importantly I need to determine the date periods (not only predetermined aggregate periods).

Preferably this would simply be available in the portfolio, so I don’t have to monitor 11 accounts :)

Also, I am really missing an option  to cancel products manually, as the overview can be cluttered with tests and excluded products.
