Regular and sale price display not working with woocommerce?

When I select display original price for sale items it does not appear. Description also does not appear. Please advise.

@deltaCom I am assuming you are following the exact instructions as stated here? Is there any more information you could share about your WooCommerce setup. Are you able to view the catalog normally within Klaviyo?
