When a user clicks the “Yes I want to subscribe” link, the confirmation page is only showing a message saying “The link is no longer active”! 

Checking the link, it’s showing a strange character in the url (see attached)

Any one able to help fix this?

Hello @R.F I just tested this and it is working fine for me. Did you change anything in the default Email confirmation?

Also, are you facing this issue in all lists of any specific list?

Thanks for your reply. I’ve not changed the default email confirmation, but found out when i ran a test using a different email address, a gmail one, it worked! Seems like our business outlook maybe changing the query in the url. This is one we had come through:
