Hi,

I’m trying to setup Klaviyo’s back in stock implementation to override Magento 2’s built in “stock alerts” system however, Magento’s customer dashboard shows the customer what alerts they’ve subscribed to (can make this work with keeping a local record and using a webhook for when this is sent to remove it?) but it also gives them the ability to cancel an alert.

I can’t see a way of doing this in your implementation.

Hi @jamesfx2,

My apologies for the delay here! At this time, you’re not able to show a customer-facing ‘cancel alert’ dashboard using our back in stock functionality.

I will however forward this to our Product team, as I agree this would be a useful feature!

Best,

Brian
