I know what the problem is but don’t know how to fix it. I’m getting this code due to have Klaviyo before. Now I’m setting up a new connection and getting the error. I’m guessing there is some code somewhere I have to take off the site. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Klaviyo community! When the 314 error appears when connecting Wix to Klaviyo, it means that your Wix store is already connected to another Klaviyo account. As far as you know, are you a user on any other Klaviyo accounts that integrated with your Wix store? If so, I’d recommend logging into the account, and completely removing (not just disabling) the Wix integration. Let me know if that works, or if the issue still persists after that.
