Hi,We have setup a Magento integration and synced the store with klaviyo but we didnt select the right store. How can we undo this and delete al synced data? We all ready deleted the integration but i am not sure that if we re-create the integration and select the right store to be synced, this will override all exciting data or just add new data on top of it.

Hi, I am looking to launch a new rewards program for the baby toothbrush company I work for but I am having problems pulling in all the field data from the 'create account' page into Klaviyo. It only pulls in the customer firstname, surname, dob, account creation, email address and if they accept marketing - which is great but for some reason it doesn't pull in the child's name or dob when the form is submitted. I've even added script that Klaviyo provided so the fields will link with our custom properties, but still no luck. How do I pull this data into the Klaviyo? and what is the best way to do it? Which customer help desks currently integrate with Klaviyo SMS? Right now all I am aware of are Zendesk and Gorgias, and I need to explore the full functionality of those integrations further, but I’m wondering if there are any other reputable helpdesks out there that integrate effectively with Klaviyo SMS?
