"Active on site" triggered but not "viewed product" for some profiles

HiQUESTION(s):1a. Is it normal for “active on site” to trigger without triggering “viewed product”? If yes, then; 1b. Is there a way to extract product category information from active profiles that only have “Active on site” activity? Or is there a way to install a code for “active on site” to return to klaviyo the product category (or any product info) or page url.PLATFORM: BigcommerceCONTEXT:I’m working on creating profile segments based on product categories and my current approach is creating filters within “viewed products”, “started checkout” and “placed order”, where the respective product category is present.However, I noticed there’re lots active profiles that visited product pages but only triggered “active on site” and not “viewed product”, even though the “active on site” URL clearly shows a product page visit.It's a little frustrating because there's no way to dynamically get information on which product/product category the profile visited. Referral integration or strategy recommendations

Hello Community, I’d like to incentivize and reward my subscribers for referring friends, coworkers, followers or family. I would love to offer tiered rewards based on volume of successful subscriptions. My plan is to add a referral block at the bottom of my emails. Is there an integration or a built-in feature that would allow me to track subscriber referrals that result in a new subscriber and reward customers accordingly? Rewards would be digital downloads, coupons and merch. Thank you,

Why aren't onsite tracking and signup forms working (WooCommerce)?

If you use WooCommerce and Klaviyo’s onsite tracking and signup forms aren’t working, it could be due to the WordPress plugin WP Rocket blocking certain features of Klaviyo. If you are using WP Rocket and encounter this problem, there are two ways to solve it. What is WP Rocket?WP Rocket is a caching and page speed optimization plugin for WordPress which speeds up WordPress sites.What’s causing the problem?One feature of WP Rocket is File Concatenation (an option that can be toggled on and off) which combines external JavaScript sources. How do I add a user as an admin to my Facebook Page?

If you’re wondering how to add a user as an admin to your Facebook page, you can follow the steps below to find out how. Also, if you're having trouble viewing your Facebook Page in Klaviyo or its associated Lead Ad forms, you should check that you are an admin on that Facebook page. If not, follow these steps to add yourself as an admin. After following these steps, make sure to remove and then re-add your Facebook integration to make sure it’s working correctly. Using Facebook Business ManagerFrom your Business Settings click Accounts > Pages, click on your page, and find your user on the list. Why don't I see all of my Facebook Custom Audiences on the list when prompted to select one to sync?

If you don't see all of your Facebook Custom Audiences on the list when prompted to select one to sync in Klaviyo, you might be using an unsupported audience subtype (which won’t show up on the list). There are different Custom Audience data sources that Facebook accepts. Klaviyo only supports the following subtypes when syncing with Facebook: HASHES: Email hashes or phone hashes HASHES_OR_USER_IDS: Email/phone hashes or user ids MULTI_HASHES: Created from multiple types of hashes at the same time COPY_PASTE_EMAIL_HASHES: Emails entered manually via Facebook's Ads Manager DATA_FILE: Data filesSince we aren't able to sync with other audience subtypes, we won't show them on the list of available audiences when you attempt to sync a list or segment in Klaviyo.

Why did removing and re-adding the Facebook integration disconnect my lists/segments and Facebook audience?When you remove the Facebook integration, the connection between your Klaviyo lists and segments and your Facebook custom audiences is also removed. We recommend that you take note of the custom audience syncs you have set up, either via screenshot or by writing down the details of each sync, so that it is easier to reestablish the connections when you reintegrate.

Why does the number of people in my Facebook custom audience not match the number of people in my Klaviyo list?

If the number of people in your Facebook custom audience doesn’t match the number of people in your synced Klaviyo list, there are two factors that could have caused the audience to have a smaller number of profiles than your list or segment in Klaviyo.First, it can sometimes take Facebook up to 24 hours to process profiles synced from Klaviyo. If your custom audience does not have as many profiles as you expected, make sure that you've given Facebook 24 hours to fully process all of the profiles from your sync.Second, it is likely that a percentage of the email addresses you attempt to sync will not match with an existing Facebook account. This is why your Facebook Custom Audience size may be smaller than the linked list or segment in Klaviyo. Facebook will not return an error, but won't add any contacts who have email addresses that don't match to an existing Facebook account.One troubleshooting step you can take is to try syncing the same list in Klaviyo to a new custom audience by

If someone is suppressed in my Klaviyo list, will this person still sync to my Facebook Custom Audience?

If someone is suppressed in your Klaviyo list, that person will still sync to your Facebook custom audience. If Person A is suppressed in a Klaviyo list or segment, and you sync this list or segment to a custom audience, Person A will still sync to your Facebook audience. If someone is synced to a custom audience through Klaviyo, and then becomes suppressed in Klaviyo, this person will not be removed from your audience. While individuals may opt-out from email communications, you can still strategically reach these customers or subscribers through Facebook advertising leveraging Klaviyo's integration.

WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed

We got an error message from Klaviyo saying that our WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed. Our data from WooCommerce has stopped updating, which means that our flows are not being triggered.Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do to fix it? Any ideas as to what causes this?(We have contacted Klaviyo support as directed by the error message, but they’ve informed us that they are slow and suggested we ask the Community in the meantime.)

Zapier + Squarespace

Hi there, I’ve set up Klaviyo/Squarespace integration and I can see that the data is being sent by Zapier. Here is the Data Out response to a recent sign up: message:A confirmation email was sent to Hello@barnfieldcustoms.com since a double opt-in list was selected for this Zap step. Shopify newsletter subscribers are not going into klaviyo newsletter list

Hey guys, I have tested subscribing multiple email addresses via the footer form on Shopify and the subscribed contact never syncs across to Klaviyo into the newsletter list... The integration is set up to sync over subscribers. The newsletter footer form includes the newsletter tag as a hidden field. I’m not sure what i’m missing?

Integration Issue

Hi Community, Having problem with the Integration, Klaviyo <> Shopify. Chose [Automatically add Klaviyo onsite javascript (recommended)] and pasted the snippet (product) to product.liquid.However, at this stage the profiles didn’t get updated. Later, copied snippet of Theme to theme.liquid, manually. After this step, the profiles started to get updated from this particular date. However, it started to pull the LIVE and current dated data and not the history data. Secondly, the order related details and the history data is not being synced. Could anyone help me on this, please. Many thanks,Seb

Why is my Magento 2 Integration unable to connect to my store?

Hi Community,Hopefully you can help me as I don’t know what I am doing wrong and the support emails are not getting me anywhere fast.Firstly our setup is the following:Magento CE 2.3.3 (soon to be upgraded but current version) Klaviyo 1.2.3 (the latest for this version of Magento)Steps Taken:Downloaded the Klaviyo Plugin Installed the Plugin Activated the Plugin Created a User Created a Public/Secret Key Setup the configuration Gone to Klaviyo and put the configuration in.Result: “Unable to connect to your store, check your Username and Password / API key. “I have tried using the User Credentials configured on the plugin as well as the API Key as password but nothing is working. It is a pitty there is no phone support as I feel like I have missed something so simple and the correspondance going back and forth has now been over two weeks. Clickfunnels Integration

Hello all,Over 12 months ago I started looking at Klaviyo and trying to work out how to integrate it with my Clickfunnels funnel.I got so confused with it and support was unable to assist me so, in the end I just left it. Why is Klaviyo Slowing Down the Site Load on Pages without a Sign-Up Form?

We use Klaviyo sign-up forms on our blog articles only. Klaviyo is slowing down page load times on all pages, even though it should only be running on blog pages.How can I turn off Klaviyo tracking for all pages other than blog pages? I can’t find any Klaviyo code snippets in my Shopify store, and I’ve already set Klaviyo to only run on blog pages in the newsletter settings.Screenshot below from Lighthouse shows Klaviyo blocking main thread work on a non-blog page.

Unable to add signup form to Wordpress

I am new to Klaviyo and have created my first signup form, added my public API key to Wordpress page and got confirmation it was installed right.I go to add my form code (<div class="klaviyo-form-xxxx"></div>) to a code block (I’m using Avada theme) and I get nothing. No form appears.I tried adding it as a widget using the Wordpress plugin but that didn’t work either.My form is Live but it won’t display.Any advice would be great.
