Dear Klaviyo Experts,
When I initiate to Explore Klaviyo Academy, It is showing that “cms.academy.klaviyo.com refused to connect”.
Do you anyone know why it’s showing. For your better understanding, I’ve attached a screenshot for your easy refference.

Currently I’m log in with my Free account and usnig my Laptop and Google Chrome as browser.

Please help to resolve the issue.

It looks like you might be having a connectivity issue. Here are a few things you can try:

  3. Try opening the page in a private browsing window.
  4. If you're on a work or school network, try connecting from a different network.
