Paxton Nicholas, Email Operations Analyst at Klaviyo: As an Email Operations Analyst at Klaviyo, Paxton works to spot patterns in the billions of emails flowing throughout our network. It's also his job to protect customers' ability to deliver emails to their recipients. 

Steve Sonnenberg, Senior Deliverability Specialist at Klaviyo: Steve currently works in strategy consulting on Klaviyo's Deliverability Strategy team. He brings over a decade of experience to this panel.

Hey @alisonoc! Super sorry this fell through the cracks. I can confirm since you are using a branded sending domain, your SPF and DKIM records were automatically added through the CNAME or NS records added during setup. 

 

And yes, the k3 second level domain is correct! This is added by Klaviyo when you send mail.
