I’m experiencing an issue with my Abandoned Cart Flow. Currently, the flow is being triggered both when users simply view a product and when they actually add a product to their cart. This is causing the flow to send emails to users who have not added items to their cart, which is not the intended behaviour. How can I solve this?

Hey @MillonWines

Great question!

For Abandoned Browse - your trigger needs to be ‘Viewed Product’ but add a filter into this as ‘Added to cart zero times’.

For Abandoned Cart - trigger is ‘Added to Cart’ with a filter of ‘Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow’.

I also have each of my three abandoned flows (Browse, Cart and Checkout) set to exclude customers is they are in one of the others flows within a 3 day period, to avoid overwhelming the customer  but this is personal preference.

Hope this helps,

Alex
