we have 3 stores shopify connected with Klaviyo.
We are using a flow to send email to abandoned carts, for 2 of them the link back to checkout is not working. For all 3 we are using {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}
Can someone point me on where and how this value is set ?

I am curious to better understand what is happening when you say the link isn’t working. Are you redirected to the homepage vs. the checkout/cart?
If that is the case, check out this post, as it might give you some insight into what is happening with the links.
If that isn’t what’s happening, could you please provide a little more detail about how the links aren’t working.
