Is there a solution where a form can have additional custom parameters added to the response? I’m looking at the docs for callback functionality but I don’t think that’s quite what I want - basically, when the user clicks a button to invoke the form I want them to complete a few fields, but also add additional information to the response which can then be picked up and included in an internal email; things like: product title viewed, etc.
