We’d like our events booking systems to talk with each other and integrate with Klaviyo.

We use Red Balloon boking platform as well. Our aim to for klaviyo to send our booking confirmations once they have booked a time in.

    Hi @Naomi!
    Welcome to the community!

To integrate your events booking system with Klaviyo and send booking confirmations to your customers, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Set up an integration between your events booking system and Klaviyo. This can usually be done through an API or webhook integration, depending on the capabilities of your booking system.

    2. Once the integration is set up, configure your booking system to send a webhook or API call to Klaviyo whenever a new booking is made. This call should include the relevant booking information, such as the customer's name, email address, and booking details.

    3. In Klaviyo, set up an automation flow that listens for these webhook or API calls and sends a booking confirmation email to the customer. This can be done using Klaviyo's visual automation builder, which allows you to create custom flows that respond to specific triggers.

    4. Customize your booking confirmation email to include the relevant booking details and any other information you'd like to share with your customers. This can be done using Klaviyo's email builder, which provides a drag-and-drop interface for creating custom emails.

    5. Test your integration to make sure that booking confirmations are being sent successfully. You can do this by making a test booking and verifying that the confirmation email is received.

Regarding Red Balloon, you'll need to check if they have an API or webhook integration available that you can use to connect it with Klaviyo. If they do, you can follow the same steps above to integrate it with Klaviyo and send booking confirmations. If they don't have an integration available, you may need to work with a developer to build a custom integration.

    Hi @Naomi,

Sesami has a native integration with Klaviyo.

For any new Booking related actions, Sesami triggers an event in Klaviyo which you can hook with a Klaviyo Flow and send an email or text.
