I would like to build a flow that triggers when someone unsubscribes from our newsletter, so we can gain customer feedback as to why they unsubscribed.
When I try to create the metric-triggered flow, it won´t let me select the “unsubscribe” metric from the list.
The trigger exists, and can be found in my analytics tab. Do I need to build a new metric from scratch in order for this to work?
Help would be gladly appreciated! :)

Hey @wilddaisy
Thank you so much for asking the Klaviyo Community for help with this!
The reason you won’t find “unsubscribed” as a trigger for a flow is that once someone has unsubscribed, you can no longer email them unless it is a transactional email (ie placed order or shipping confirmation). However you can customize a List’s Unsubscribe Page which will allow you to gather additional information from them before they unsubscribe. The article I included goes over what you need to do to update your manage preferences pages on Klaviyo.
