I am new to Klaviyo and have an anniversary gift business. I want to set up an anniversary reminder flow but I want to be able to reference which anniversary it is e.g. 5th, 10th etc and then use that both in the body of the email (e.g. Your 5th anniversary is coming up) but also to select suitable products to highlight.
I have been going round in circles trying to add liquid snippets and have followed advice in various AI tools to add the calculation logic in a text box using the source code function (still shows as text) or add it in an html box (still shows as text) etc. Even if I find a way to get the code apparently embedded without being visible it still isn’t rendering results when I insert the liquid tags into the paragraph.
Is anyone able to help? I am clearly pasting it in the wrong place but I simply cannot figure out what I shold b e doing
