I have a React (web) application with a form that collects data from users, including their phone number. I want to know if I can include in that form a checkbox from Klaviyo to collect SMS consent. What would be the ideal way to do this?

I donβt see why you wouldnβt be able too! In my experience, youβll just need to make a server-side call to pass the SMS consent.Β
If you havenβt already, I would suggest taking a look into ourΒ (New) Collect email and SMS consent via APIΒ Developer guide.
We also offer theΒ How to collectΒ SMSΒ consent viaΒ APIΒ Help Center article. Although the method discussed in the article uses our v2 API, the principles would still apply when using the (new) subscribe endpoint.Β
