Can Klaviyo Reviews sync to Facebook/Instagram Shops like Stamped?
Hi everyone,
We’re currently using Stamped for reviews and are considering switching to Klaviyo. With Stamped, when a customer leaves a review—whether on our Shopify website, the Shop app, or another connected platform—the review is synced across all channels, including Facebook and Instagram Shops.
We’ve already checked with Klaviyo and Shopify, and we understand how the syncing works on those platforms. However, we’re still unsure whether Klaviyo Reviews can also sync or display reviews on Facebook and Instagram Shops, like Stamped does.
Has anyone successfully integrated Klaviyo Reviews with Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram Shops)? Or is this feature not currently supported?

Hi @Kimmy42 ,
Klaviyo Reviews currently do not support syncing or displaying reviews on Facebook and Instagram shops. Unlike stamped, klaviyo is focused onsite and email use, without native metal integration. If showing reviews on meta platforms is important to your strategy, it's best to keep using stamped or another tool that supports syndication. Alternatively, you could collect reviews with klaviyo but won't be able to sync them to meta automatically.
Does this answer your question?
@MANSIR2094 Yes, it does — thank you so much for your help! Really appreciate the clarification.
Hey @Kimmy42,
We use Klaviyo Reviews, and we are able to sync and display Klaviyo reviews on Meta Shop with no problem! I believe this is a new feature, but it is working great for us. We switched from Stamped to Klaviyo Reviews a little over a year ago and have been very happy with our decision.
Thanks,
Rachel
Hi, I’ve looked into this and from what I know, Klaviyo Reviews doesn’t have the same syncing capabilities with Facebook or Instagram Shops as Stamped does. Klaviyo mainly focuses on collecting reviews for your Shopify website and using them within email or SMS campaigns, while Stamped has deeper integrations with Meta platforms. So if you’re aiming to show reviews directly on Facebook or Instagram Shops, it might not work the same way with Klaviyo.
That said, there are some alternatives and tools you can explore depending on what features matter most to your store. If you want to check out additional Instagram-related options, you can find more info here. Hope this helps and clears things up, hope.
Hi, from what I’ve seen so far, Klaviyo Reviews doesn’t offer the same type of syncing with Facebook or Instagram Shops that Stamped provides. Klaviyo is more focused on collecting reviews for your Shopify store and using them in email or SMS marketing, while Stamped goes further by integrating those reviews across Meta platforms. That’s why many stores still rely on Stamped if displaying reviews on Facebook or Instagram Shops is a priority.
Still, there are other options you can look into depending on the features you’d like to have. If you’re interested in exploring some Instagram-focused alternatives, you can check more info here. Hopefully this gives you a clearer direction, hope.
Yes, Klaviyo Reviews now supports syncing reviews directly to Facebook and Instagram Shops.
While this was a feature that was previously unavailable, Klaviyo has rolled out a "Meta syndication" option.[1] This allows you to display the reviews you collect through Klaviyo on your product pages within Facebook and Instagram, functioning just as you've described with Stamped.
Here’s how you can enable the feature within your Klaviyo account:
Navigate to the Reviews tab in your Klaviyo dashboard.
Select Reviews settings.
Choose the Syndication option.
Under the Meta section, toggle on the Facebook and Instagram option to enable syndication.d1]
Once enabled, it can take up to 24 hours for your existing and new reviews to appear in your Meta Shops.t1] The reviews will then sync on an ongoing basis.
It's worth noting that this is a relatively new feature. You may find some older community posts or articles stating that this integration isn't possible, but Klaviyo's official help documentation confirms it is now a live feature for eligible merchants.e1]c2] This development puts Klaviyo Reviews in direct competition with platforms like Stamped for merchants who rely heavily on social commerce channels like Facebook and Instagram Shops.
